Product Copyright

Permitted standard uses include changing or modifying the template in any way for use in creating products for yourself or your customers; selling prints, cards, books, albums, or other printed/physical products that use the templates in whole or in part (Limitations apply. See section below). Under no circumstances may a user resell or redistribute either in part or whole, these templates for any reason; claim these designs as your own; or sell any design digital or printed on any online or offline store.

You May Not:

• Sell or distribute Photoxpedia Templates in Photoshop PSD file format.
• Sell or distribute Photoxpedia Templates on mass marketplaces like Etsy, eBay, or anywhere else in any format whatsoever.
  

You May:

– Sell or distribute printed products or digital files on the flattened form on your own websites as a photographer for your photography customers.

Printing Regulations

Photoxpedia will not be held responsible for printing errors. The user is responsible for checking and identifying the correctness of all file attributes including but not limited to colors, trim lines, text, copy, fonts, and other factors before sending files to a printer. 

Shipping: 

All digital orders are available as instant downloads. Links to download your templates are made available immediately after purchase. If you make a purchase and do not see a download link in your account or via email, send us a message and we’ll get your design files over to you ASAP! Be sure to check any ‘Spam’ email accounts, as files have been known to end up there on occasion.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

Due to the nature of our designs/products, refunds are not given under any circumstance.
